Small stories of how it all went along

The one with Allergies

We noticed when you woke up in the morning you got a runny nose that will last for about a couple of hours. We know it could be an allergy and since it is getting often than normal we have to seek help.

We talked to an allergologist ( a doctor who treats allergies ) the other day and she said from what we told her that it could be an allergic reaction to something. But that something can be one or two of the over 40 possible things. To know this, they will prick you ( what they call a skin test ) with over 40 allergens (peanuts, dustmites, shrimps, fish, grass etc ). It can be a little painful, we expect this to be a torture on your little body. Some or many will be itchy ( you will not be allowed to scratch it ) and all will kinda hurt. The pricking part is not all, you still have to take a medicine, that was describe as bitter, for 5 days.

On that same day, mum and I talked about it and we decided to delay the process. It is gonna be tough on your little body and it might be good to do it after a year when your young body can handle it better.

We now got to be always on guard to check your runny nose every morning and make sure there wont be other complications. It is like treading on “thin ice” kind of situation and we are hoping and wishing for the best.

  1. I am only writing to make you understand what a remarkable encounter my cousin’s daughter enjoyed studying your blog. She figured out a wide variety of things, including what it is like to have an ideal coaching mood to make the rest clearly know just exactly various hard to do issues. You really did more than people’s desires. I appreciate you for rendering those valuable, trustworthy, edifying and as well as easy thoughts on the topic to Mary.
